Episode 1 – Interview with Mr. Patrick Yeung on ‘Harnessing Technology to Transform Tourism for a Post-Pandemic Era’

Mr. Patrick Yeung is currently a Visiting Professor of the School of Hotel and Tourism Management at the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. During his 37 years with Swire Group before retiring in 2017, Mr. Yeung had spent 26 years with their Aviation Division and assumed various senior management positions with Cathay Pacific Airways, Dragonair, including 14 years in overseas – Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Beijing, and Taipei, managing the airline operations.

Mr. Yeung is the current MEICOM President. In this interview he will talk about how technology will help changing the post-pandemic tourism dynamics and share his thoughts on MEICOM and other interesting stories from his long term career in the aviation and tourism industry.
