The program starts in Mar 2025

Yesterday, we had the privilege of hosting an enlightening seminar featuring Dr. Kelvin Wan, and moderated by Mr. Albert Leung. The event delved into the vital soft skills engineers need to navigate the challenges of the VUCA (Volatile, Uncertain, Complex, and Ambiguous) and AI (Artificial Intelligence) landscape.

In today’s rapidly changing environment, the importance of soft competencies such as emotional intelligence, effective communication, adaptability, and creative problem-solving cannot be overstated. Dr. Wan emphasized how these skills enable professionals to collaborate effectively in diverse teams, manage intricate projects, and respond to swift technological advancements.

Participants left equipped with practical strategies to enhance their soft skills, learning how to balance technical expertise with human-centric abilities. This knowledge is crucial for advancing their careers and making meaningful contributions to their organizations in this dynamic era.

Post the seminar, MoU have also been signed between Meicom and eBRAM. This is not only a sign of closer collaboration but also a gateway to strengthen the bonding between students and the business environment.

A big thank you to everyone for making this event a success! Stay tuned for more insights and future events.
